School Meals

Free School Meals

Free school meal  applications are made via and managed by the Local Authority,  visit the  relevant website page here 

Once a decision has been made on your application, school will be notified and only from that date will  your child be entitled to a free school meal allowance.   

It is important that if you think that  your child might be eligible for free school meals that you apply at the earliest opportunity, eligibility means that school might receive additional funding to support curriculum needs in the form of pupil premium grants.

The FSM allowance is currently £2.76 per day and can only (currently) be used at lunch time.   Items purchased at break time are not included in the allowance.
