Student Excellence Awards!

Congratulations to all our students who have received a special Sacred Heart Excellence Award this term. Students were awarded with these certificates for achievements in line with our school values, centred around demonstrating excellence in a particular subject or skill.

Some examples of this commitment to excellence were those students who went above and beyond in their speaking assessments in English and those who completed outstanding history and English assessments, demonstrating strong subject knowledge.

Others earned their awards for achieving the highest grade possible in their mock exams, or creating superb like-for-like writing in English, which our teachers were impressed to see was thoughtful, detailed and   up to a GCSE standard!

Some of our Year 9 students made fantastic progress in their English lessons, shown by exceptional work in their recent assessment, and in Year 7 from their  compelling and emotive extended writing pieces.
